We want you to feel confident subscribing to or purchasing from any BW Solution Tech product. This policy explains exactly how cancellations and refunds work for each of our Services.
Monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not made substantial use of the platform, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, cancellation stops future renewals but the current billing period is non-refundable.
Monthly subscription, billed via Razorpay. If you cancel before attending your first live session, you are eligible for a full refund. Once you have attended a session or accessed a recording, the current month's payment is non-refundable, though you may still cancel to stop future billing.
Cohort-based enrollment. If you withdraw before the cohort's second live session, you are eligible for a full refund. After the second session, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, reflecting the personalized, small-group nature of the program.
Currently in early access and offered free of charge. Refund terms will be published before any paid tier is introduced.
Bulk and private label orders are governed by individual commercial agreements and purchase orders, which specify applicable payment, delivery, and return terms. Please refer to your specific order confirmation or contact our sales team for order-specific cancellation terms.
