Digital Products and Services
The majority of what BW Solution Tech offers — including RIOS, AssistMe, AI Masterclass, and The Intentional Leader — are digital software subscriptions and educational programs delivered entirely online. As these are not physical goods, no shipping is involved. Access is granted electronically upon successful payment, typically within minutes, via the account or community channel specified for that product.
Physical Products — BW Group Essential Oils
Our essential oils and aromatic products division (BW Group) ships physical goods internationally. The following applies specifically to orders placed for Himalayan Cedarwood Oil, Vetiver Oil, Lavender Oil, Bakhoor, and related products:
Shipping
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days of order confirmation, depending on product grade and batch availability.
- Shipping timelines vary by destination and are confirmed at the time of order based on your delivery location.
- Bulk and private label orders are shipped per the terms agreed in your specific purchase order or commercial agreement.
- You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, where available for your shipping method.
Exchanges and Returns
- Due to the nature of essential oils as sealed, perishable botanical products, we are unable to accept returns once a package has been opened, for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Sample requests are provided to help you evaluate quality before committing to a bulk order — we encourage requesting a sample first to avoid the need for exchanges.
