Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of any website, application, or service operated by Book World, trading as BW Solution Tech ("we," "us," "our"), including but not limited to RIOS, AssistMe, AI Masterclass, The Intentional Leader, BW Group Essential Oils, and bwsolutiontech.com (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Book World, trading as BW Solution Tech, is a business operating across Dubai, London, and Delhi, providing AI-powered software products, educational programs, and natural ingredient sourcing services. Our registered commercial contact is available at admin@bwsolutiontech.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into a paid subscription or purchase with us. Where a Service is intended for use by minors (such as certain educational content), a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on the minor's behalf.

3. Accounts

Where a Service requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Services (including RIOS, AI Masterclass, and The Intentional Leader) are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us, or our payment processor Razorpay, to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the method provided at signup, or by contacting us directly. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect a billing cycle already in progress.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services without our prior written consent
• Use automated means to scrape, extract, or duplicate our content or product data without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, course materials, and branding associated with our Services remain the property of BW Solution Tech or our licensors. Your subscription or purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose — it does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property to you.

7. User-Generated Content

Where our Services allow you to submit content (such as contact data in RIOS, business data in AssistMe, or community posts in AI Masterclass or The Intentional Leader), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Service-Specific Terms

RIOS is a relationship intelligence software subscription. Your data is stored to power the Service's functionality (contact records, message history, AI-generated suggestions). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AI Masterclass is a recurring, live cohort-based educational subscription delivered primarily through a WhatsApp community. Session schedules, formats, and instructors may be adjusted at our discretion to maintain quality. Recordings remain accessible for as long as your subscription is active; access ends upon cancellation.

The Intentional Leader is a cohort-based leadership program. Enrollment in a specific cohort is subject to a selection or interest process and does not guarantee immediate placement. Program dates, format, and content may evolve between cohorts.

AssistMe processes business data you provide via voice or text to deliver organizational and reporting features. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

Product specifications, grades, and availability for essential oils and aromatic products are subject to change based on seasonal sourcing and batch availability. Formal quotations and purchase terms for bulk or private label orders are governed by separate commercial agreements.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services, including any AI-generated content, suggestions, or recommendations, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs (such as message drafts, business insights, or recommendations) may contain errors and should be reviewed by you before being relied upon or acted on.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BW Solution Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Book World is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the relevant Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
